Performance and Features

1. The whole machine adopts full servo motor control and automatic constant tension system with a center winding structure. The main unit is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation to ensure stable acceleration and deceleration without jitter or deviation, delivering more consistent processing accuracy.

2. It features PLC intelligent automatic control, including automatic meter counting, automatic shutdown and alarm for residual material detection, and precise shutdown at preset lengths. The rewinding section adopts front and rear dual-station A/B air shafts, combined with hydraulic automatic unloading, enabling efficient and labor-saving roll changing.

3. Fitted with a high-sensitivity imported web guiding system, it can perform stable high-speed slitting even for raw materials with uneven edges or poor flatness, greatly improving the finished product yield.

4. It adopts a combined circular knife slitting structure (automatic knife adjustment is available as an optional paid feature), together with a high-pressure fan for automatic waste edge discharge. The slitting is neat and waste edges are removed smoothly with no manual cleaning required.

5. Equipped with a heavy-duty shaftless hydraulic loading mechanism with a load capacity of over 3 tons, it easily handles loading of extra-large and heavy rolls.

6. The unwinding section supports optional 3–6 inch air expansion shafts. The rewinding section is standardly equipped with a 3-inch key-type air expansion shaft, and other special sizes can be customized as required.

7. For standard models, the maximum unwinding diameter ranges from 1200mm to 1500mm, and the rewinding diameter is 1200mm. Custom roll diameters are available upon request.

8. The working width and overall dimensions of the complete machine can be flexibly customized according to customers' workshop layout and production requirements.

9. The maximum running speed reaches 500m/min. It effectively boosts production efficiency while maintaining high precision, ideal for mass continuous processing.
