SHKJ-C Small Gantry Slitting Machine

The main unwinding unit is equipped with an independent shaftless hydraulic loading mechanism with a load capacity of over 1500kg. Paired with imported shear-type air knives, it ensures clean slitting and smooth cut surfaces.

1. The equipment operates efficiently with a maximum running speed of 400m/min, meeting the requirements for mass continuous production.

2. Built with automatic material pushing and unloading functions. After shutdown, the motor automatically pushes finished rolls to the unloading arm for rotary unloading. It can be matched with an automatic packing rack to greatly improve unloading and packaging efficiency.

3. A dedicated material receiving platform is installed between the unwinding area and the main unit, facilitating quick material splicing, roll changing and joint processing for easier operation.

4. Equipped with a laser lamp automatic paper tube alignment system, which enables accurate positioning and fast alignment, effectively cutting down manual commissioning time.

5. For standard models, the maximum unwinding diameter is 800mm/1000mm and the rewinding diameter is 600mm/800mm. Other roll diameters can be customized on request.

6. The unwinding unit supports optional 3–6 inch air expansion shafts, while the rewinding unit is standard-fitted with a 3 inch differential shaft. Custom sizes for special specifications are available.

7. The working width and overall dimensions of the complete machine can be flexibly customized according to customers' on-site conditions and process requirements.
