1. Adopts Siemens PLC intelligent control system, integrating functions such as automatic counting, residual material detection and alarm shutdown, and preset meter automatic shutdown, realizing precise management and safe operation.
2. Equipped with a high-sensitivity automatic deviation correction system, it effectively guarantees the running accuracy of materials, prevents material deviation, and ensures neat finished products after slitting and rewinding.
3. Supports split or integrated hydraulic shaftless automatic loading, which greatly improves loading efficiency and reduces manual operation intensity.
4. Adopts a full servo drive control scheme: the main machine is equipped with 1 servo motor and the rewinding unit is equipped with 2 servo motors, featuring precise control and quick response to ensure high-speed and stable operation.
5. Built with an automatic material pushing function: after shutdown, the motor automatically pushes the finished material roll to the unloading arm. It can be matched with an automatic packing frame structure to realize the automation of unloading and packing processes and improve production efficiency.
6. The rewinding unit adopts a 3-inch pneumatic slip shaft (customizable in other sizes), and the unwinding unit supports shaft heads ranging from 3 to 6 inches, adapting to diverse requirements of coil material specifications.
7. A special material receiving platform is installed between the unwinding unit and the main machine to facilitate rapid material receiving and roll changing, reducing downtime waiting time.
8. Offers dual options of round knife and flat knife, which can be flexibly switched according to different material characteristics to meet diverse slitting process requirements.
9. For the standard model, the maximum unwinding diameter ranges from 600mm to 1500mm, and the optional rewinding diameter is 600mm to 1000mm. Other roll diameter specifications can be customized on demand.
10. The overall dimension of the whole machine can be flexibly customized according to customers' on-site layout and production demands, adapting to different workshop environments.
