Burrs are usually caused by dull knives, improper knife gap adjustment or excessive tension. Solutions: 1. Replace with sharp knives in time; 2. Adjust the gap between upper and lower knives, generally controlled at 1/3-1/2 of the material thickness; 3. Reduce material tension appropriately.

1. Severely worn knives;
2. Insufficient knife pressure;
3. Too fast cutting speed;
4. Material thickness exceeds the equipment's processing range.
