Standard Production Process Flow of Slitting Machine)

It has established a strict full-process quality control system. From product design and component processing to complete machine assembly and factory commissioning, every procedure is executed with meticulous precision. Every piece of equipment undergoes multiple performance tests to ensure fault-free operation, high slitting accuracy and long service life.

The design department completes all drawings

Order Confirmation

After completing business negotiations with the customer, signing the official sales and purchase contract, and receiving the 40% deposit paid by the customer, the production schedule of the slitting machine shall be officially initiated.

Detailed Drawing Design

Within 3 working days, our engineers shall complete the design, review and confirmation of the full set of production drawings for the slitting machine in accordance with the technical parameters stipulated in the contract and the customer's customized requirements, ensuring the drawing accuracy complies with processing standards.

Drawing Distribution and Material Preparation

Upon approval of the drawings, they will be simultaneously distributed to the outsourced processing process, and the external processing manufacturers will be arranged to carry out preliminary material preparation and production of components as required by the drawings.

Parts Processing and Precision Treatment Phase

Incoming Inspection of Outsourced Parts

After outsourced components arrive at our factory, the QC department conducts full inspection covering dimension, material and precision. Qualified parts are warehoused pending subsequent processing.

Precision Finishing at In-house Machining Center

Approved components go through secondary precision machining in our owned machining center. We rigorously control machining accuracy and tolerance of key parts to guarantee performance and stability of core machine assemblies.

Pretreatment of Components

Finished structural parts such as side plates and machine frames are polished, derusted and cleaned as pretreatment in preparation for follow-up paint spraying.

Structural Parts Baking Paint & Surface Treatment Phase

Wall Panel Frame Assembly

Assemble the pre-treated wall panels, racks, and other structural components into a frame to achieve the overall shaping of the structural parts.

Professional Baking Paint Treatment

Transfer the shaped structural components into a professional baking paint booth, where multiple spraying and baking processes are carried out in accordance with industry standards to ensure a uniform coating, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, and an attractive appearance. At the same time, proper paint surface protection is applied to prevent chipping or scratching during transportation and use.

Paint Surface Quality Inspection

After the baking paint process, conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the paint surface on the structural components. Only after confirming that there are no bubbles, no sags, and no other defects will the components proceed to the assembly stage.

General Assembly & Internal Commissioning Phase

Complete Machine Assembly

A professional assembly team carries out the complete assembly of the slitting machine in accordance with the assembly process requirements. This includes the installation and connection of all components such as the mechanical structure, electrical system, transmission system, and control system, ensuring precise coordination and smooth operation of all parts.

Internal Acceptance & Commissioning

After assembly, the technical team conducts comprehensive no-load and load test runs and commissioning, simulating the customer's actual production conditions. They verify core performance indicators such as slitting accuracy, operating speed, stability, and safety, while identifying and resolving all potential issues to ensure the equipment fully meets factory standards.

Final Inspection Before Delivery

After internal commissioning is approved, the quality inspection department performs the final inspection before delivery, issues an equipment inspection report, and confirms that the equipment is in compliant condition.

Customer Machine Inspection, Packaging & Shipment Phase

Customer Inspection & Confirmation

After passing the final inspection, a complete machine inspection video covering equipment operation, slitting effect and parameter debugging is sent to the customer for remote acceptance. Customers are also welcome to inspect the machine on-site at the factory for direct performance verification.

Balance Payment Collection

After the customer is satisfied with the inspection result, the remaining 60% balance of the contract is collected. Shipment is arranged once full payment is confirmed received.

Fumigation-free Wooden Box Packaging

The slitting machine is professionally packed in international export standard fumigation-free solid wooden boxes with moisture-proof, shockproof and anti-collision protection. This ensures safe transportation worldwide and complies with customs clearance requirements of all countries.

After-sales Installation & Handover Phase

On-site Installation & Commissioning

After the equipment arrives at the customer’s factory, professional technicians are dispatched to complete on-site installation, commissioning and trial production, ensuring normal operation and qualified slitting accuracy.

Operation Training & Acceptance

On-site training is provided for customer operators covering machine operation, daily maintenance and troubleshooting. After customer acceptance, the acceptance document is signed to complete official handover.

Warranty & Long-term Service

Warranty service is provided in accordance with contract terms, together with lifelong technical support and original spare parts supply.
