Performance & Features

● The machine is driven by full servo motors and equipped with an automatic constant tension system and center winding structure. The main unit adopts variable frequency speed regulation to ensure smooth acceleration and deceleration without vibration or web deviation, delivering stable processing accuracy.

● It is controlled by an intelligent PLC system, supporting automatic meter counting, automatic shutdown and alarm upon residual material detection, and precise shutdown at preset lengths. The rewinding part adopts front and rear dual-station A/B air expansion shafts with hydraulic automatic unloading, realizing efficient and labor-saving roll change.

● A high-sensitivity imported web guiding system is installed. It enables stable high-speed slitting even for raw materials with uneven edges or poor flatness, greatly increasing the yield of finished products.

● It adopts a combined circular knife slitting structure (automatic knife adjustment is available as a paid option). A high-pressure fan is fitted for automatic waste edge discharge, ensuring neat slitting and smooth waste edge removal with no manual cleaning needed.

● The heavy-duty shaftless hydraulic loading mechanism features a load capacity of over 3 tons, which easily meets the loading requirements for extra-large and heavy rolls.

● 3–6 inch air expansion shafts are optional for unwinding. A 3-inch key-type air expansion shaft comes as standard for rewinding, and other special sizes can be customized on demand.

● For standard models, the maximum unwinding diameter is 1200mm–1500mm and the rewinding diameter is 1200mm. Custom roll diameters are available.

● The working width and overall dimensions of the whole machine can be flexibly customized according to customers' workshop layout and production demands.

● The maximum operating speed is up to 500m/min. It improves production efficiency remarkably while maintaining high precision, and is well suited for mass continuous production.
