Performance & Features

● Adopts Siemens PLC intelligent control system. It is equipped with functions including automatic counting, residual material detection with alarm and shutdown, and automatic stop at preset length, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

● Fitted with a high-sensitivity automatic web guide device to effectively guarantee slitting accuracy of materials.

● Supports split and integrated automatic feeding. Shafted and shaftless feeding modes are available for flexible selection to meet diverse application requirements.

● The whole machine adopts full servo drive control: one servo motor for the main unit and two servo motors for rewinding, featuring precise control and quick response.

● Capable of slitting products in extra-narrow sizes, making it an ideal machine for processing narrow and thin materials.

● The minimum slitting width is up to 5 mm, delivering excellent performance for narrow strip slitting.

● The maximum running speed reaches 400 m/min for high processing efficiency.

● Equipped with both circular and straight blades. It supports interchangeable slitting for paper and film, realizing multi-purpose application of one machine.

● 3–6 inch air shafts are optional for unwinding (3-inch as standard), and 3–6 inch rewinding shafts for rewinding (3-inch air shaft as standard). Custom sizes are available.

● The standard model features a maximum unwinding diameter of 1000 mm/1200 mm and a rewinding diameter of 600 mm. Custom roll diameters can be provided on request.

● Overall dimensions of the machine can be customized according to customers' on-site conditions.
