1. This multi-functional roll inspection machine is an all-round core equipment for post-finishing of rolled materials. It integrates surface defect detection, defect marking, precision edge trimming and rewinding into one unit. Developed to resolve common quality issues of rolls, it efficiently removes defective materials and performs fine edge trimming and flattening, greatly improving roll flatness and finished product yield. Widely applicable to processing of films, paper, self-adhesive materials, non-woven fabrics and other rolls, it is an ideal solution for enterprises to strictly control quality, cut costs and boost efficiency.

An optional high-precision intelligent inspection system enables fully automatic defect identification, positioning and traceability recording via computer. Built with a full intelligent control module, it is equipped with complete functions including automatic meter counting, residual material detection and alarm shutdown, automatic shutdown at preset length and reverse rewinding. Featuring high intelligence, stable and safe operation, it supports 24-hour non-stop production. Adopting shaftless hydraulic unwinding and rewinding structure, it offers stable loading and high load capacity. Roll loading and unloading is labor-saving, effectively reducing manual workload.

4. Fitted with a high-sensitivity photoelectric automatic web guiding system, it prevents material deviation throughout operation and ensures neat rewinding and stable running. The optional precision edge trimming function finely processes material edges to make them flat and smooth, significantly optimizing subsequent processing results.

5. The machine boasts strong compatibility and flexible customization. The maximum unwinding and rewinding diameter of the standard model is 800 mm, with 3–6 inch air expansion shafts available for selection. The effective working width and special roll diameters can be customized as required to meet processing demands of rolls in various specifications. Its maximum running speed reaches 400 m/min. It can work synchronously with an on-line inspection system to balance high production efficiency and quality control, helping enterprises enhance overall core competitiveness.
